Buon appetito! Italianni's introduces new set of sumptuous dishes collectively known as "Tastes of Italy"
Inspired by the authentic flavors of the region using fresh ingredients, Bistro Corporate Chef, Josh Boutwood created five new delectable dishes that captures the essence of Italian cuisine. The new offerings are available in relatively huge servings that are meant for sharing, staying true to the Italian tradition of enjoying good food with friends and family.
Here's a glimpse of Italianni's New "Tastes of Italy":
Osso Bucco di Fattoria
A Milanese dish made of veal shanks braised in a savory sauce of vegetables and wine. It is served on a bed of polenta, a cornmeal boiled into a porridge.

Pancetta Croccante e Vongole
This one is my personal favorite. I love the savory taste as well as the tenderness of the crispy fried pork. It has a melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The addition of clams (imbao) perfectly complements to the rich flavor of the pork. It is served with Arancini, an Italian rice croquettes.

Parmesan & Garlic Crusted Atlantic Cod
Seared fish with lemon potatoes and little neck clam sauce. The creamy sauce added flavors to the fish.

Pan-Seared Peppered Fish
Italianni's has opted for the popular St. Peter's fish locally known as tilapia for this dish. It comes with fresh almond infused pappardelle, artichoke, sundried tomatoes and black olives.
