Bulawan Festival is the province of Compostela Valley's annual festivity to celebrate its peoples' hculture, heritage and history as well as a thanksgiving for a unified government, good harvest and abundant natural resources. It is held on March 3-8 during the founding anniversary of the province of Compostela Valley.
