Summer isn’t just about beach and vacation getaway. It’s also about food, good food! This summer season, Seda Abreeza’s Misto highlights International Rice Bowls, Flavors of the Philippines, Summer Coolers and Cocktails. Headed by Sous Chef Bang Flores, this summer offering aims to take its valued diners to a gastronomic tour right in one’s plate.
Seda Abreeza takes its inspiration from the successful run of
International Rice Buffet in Seda BGC. International Rice Bowls offers diverse
ingredients from all over the world, with special twists from the Misto team. Some
rice bowls on the menu include: Hong Kong XO Fried Rice with Scallops and
Asparagus, Saffron and Pimiento Basmati Rice (Spanish-Indian fusion), Brown
Rice Stir-fry Vegetables, Creole Shrimp Rice (South American-inspired), Thai
Spicy Basil Chicken Fried Rice, and Smoked Fish, Salted Egg Fried Rice.
This is presented on a dinner buffet during Fridays and set menus
during lunch and dinner from March to April. The dinner buffet comes with
sumptuous dishes from the different regions of the country, in participation on
the “Flavors of the Philippines” project initiated by Department of Tourism and
Tourism Promotions Board. The dinner buffet is available at Php 980 nett, the
set menus at Php 1680 nett (good for 4) and 980 nett (good for 2), and ala
